Return Policy

BEFORE RETURNING, PLEASE CONSIDER THIS:

Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria

If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you at your cost. Consequently, your RMA number will be nullified, any credit request will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our Returns Warehouse that may be incurred by Success Rules, LLC. By requesting an RMA Number and/or shipping a return in violation of this policy you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Warehouse.

Basic Criteria

All returns must include the following:

  1. Original packaging. When returning the product, it must be sent in the box that was used to originally ship the product to you.
  2. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
  3. Original packing slip (a copy will not be accepted).
  4. The return must be complete and include all components (fact cards, concept cards, class notes, expanded notes, reading notes, study sheets, Ultimate Notebook, poster, notebook dividers, Parent-Student Handbook, the 2 DVDs and the Ultimate Calendar).
  5. The RMA Number must be legibly written on the outside of the original box that is used to ship the returned product. The RMA must be written on three (3) sides of the box to help ensure it is not covered by any markings or labels later affixed by the shipper. Finally, the RMA Number must be written on the original packing slip/invoice inside the return.

Basic Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you received the product to obtain a valid RMA from our Customer Service Center (866-977-8537); and the return shipment date (postmark) must not exceed 5 business days from the date you obtained your RMA Number. You will be responsible for all shipping charges and risk of loss for returns sent to and from our Returns Warehouse.

Merchandise received without full compliance with the Basic Criteria and Basic Return Policy will not be accepted for credit and will be returned to you at your expense. Merchandise received damaged or incomplete will be credited based upon the damage, and/or what is missing, to be determined at our discretion. SUCCESS RULES, LLC is not responsible for product lost or damaged during transit.

All products accepted by our Returns Warehouse which do not comply with the Basic Criteria and Basic Return Policy, are subject to a $15 restocking fee.

Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in strict conformance with the Basic Criteria and Basic Return Policy, the amount you paid for the purchase price (excluding shipping and processing charges) will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. Your return will be processed and credit or refund, if applicable, will be given within 30 days after receipt of your return in our Returns Warehouse.
